Taking the stage from 7-10pm on Thursday, October 8th at Whisperz Speakeasy — The Nite Owls Blues Band! They’ll perform alongside our Thursday $10 Tini Time when all premium, handcrafted martinis are just $10 all night long!

The Nite Owls have been a fixture on the Dayton club and festival scene for many years. The current lineup has played the house set for the Southwestern Ohio Blues Hall of Fame for nearly a year. Reece Murray is one of the crop of excellent young guitarists on the Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky scene. He is in high demand as a solo performer, as leader of the Reece Murray Band, and as a guest artist with groups from the Noah Wotherspoon Band to CFG & the Family. David Sherman Burk has fronted blues and jazz groups in the region for the past decade. He is a 2022 winner of the Cincy Blues Challenge and a performer at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis in 2023. Marty Romie and Jim Voudris are mainstays on the Dayton scene. Expect high energy, tasteful blues music from a tight, veteran unit featuring two of the most sought-after vocalists and soloists around.

Please remember, guests are seated on a first-come, first-serve basis. We do enforce a dress code of business casual through evening elegance or period-appropriate attire, if you wish (jeans are acceptable but must be well-kempt). We are 25 & up and require a valid ID for entry!
