This form has been designed to help schedule and promote the bands and musicians we are honored to welcome to our stage. Please include as much information as possible so that we may market your event effectively and/or schedule you in a timely manner. Any files, pictures, videos, logos, or other media submitted must be owned by you and available for use by Whisperz Speakeasy upon submission for the purpose of marketing and advertising in relation to your event.
